At Americans Home Health & Hospice Care, our founding mission was born out of a profound conviction: healthcare is most impactful when delivered with personal warmth, dignity, and clinical excellence right where individuals feel most at peace—in their own homes.

Under Monet’s leadership, AHHC has expanded its multidisciplinary home care and compassionate hospice services across Michigan communities, including Saginaw, Bay City, Midland, and the Great Lakes Bay Region. By bridging the gap between hospital-level clinical rigor and individualized in-home care, our team helps seniors regain mobility, manage chronic conditions, and experience comfort during life’s most critical moments.
